The country house was restored inside several years ago and the technological equipment fixed in. It is not a luxury but a cozy and ideal property with a surface area of about 150m ² + 35m ² of outbuildings.
Downstairs: entrance hall, kitchen with wooden fitted kitchen, opened and connected to the dining area, fireplace with stove fuelled with pellet inserted into it, that produces a perfect heating, exit to the covered terrace. Living room with fireplace, also access to the terrace, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine connection, boxroom.

An outbuilding used as a garage for the scooter, which is included in the price, is used.
